Paneer Tikka Pizza

Anita Raman and James Parzilly’s Submission 

For Paneer Tikka Marination:

½ cup curd / yogurt, thick
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
¼ tsp turmeric / haldi
½ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp garam masala
½ tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
½ capsicum, red & green, sliced
½ onion, petals
15 cubes paneer / cottage cheese
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves, crushed

Other Ingredients:
3 tbsp pizza sauce
few jalapeno
¼ tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp mixed herbs
few olives
½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Preparation:

Step 1
Make or purchase pizza dough
Step 2
Marinate paneer and put in fridge for two hours
Step 3
Make pizza sauce with other ingredients
Step 4
Assemble and cook at 475 degrees for 10 minutes and enjoy!
